Terms of Service (Please read carefully)

> Any commissioned art may not be used for commercial purposes; you may not redistribute or sell it in any way. This includes minting as NFTs. It is strictly for personal, non-profit use only.> I reserve the right to decline a commission request depending on my personal comfort both as an artist and as a person.> Please provide clear visual aids for references to avoid any confusion.> If I accept, I will send you a very rough sketch where you can specify any further details or changes you may want before I send you an invoice. It is highly recommended that you are sure with how you want the final piece to look at this stage.> Payment is upfront via Paypal invoicing only. Prices are in USD.> During the process of working on the piece, you are granted a maximum of two (2) simple revisions. Anything beyond that will incur additional fees which will be sent via another invoice and should be paid before I resume work.> Full refunds are only granted before I start any work on the piece. If you wish to cancel at any time while I am working on it, a partial refund based on the amount of work done may be provided.> I retain the right to the artwork itself, including the right to use it in my portfolio or art gallery. However, I do not claim any rights to the original character concept or any intellectual property attached to it.> Finished works will be posted on my social media unless you, the client, ask not to. You may repost it on your own provided that full credit is given to me. Under no circumstance are you allowed to claim it as your own work.
